Vendor needs to provide technology services to the government authority located in Agency Village, SD. – To ensure our Technology Department can maintain the processes and procedures required for completing projects and maintaining eRate filings. – Develop quarterly progress reports detailing work provided to date, future support focus areas and Technology goals.– Assist in preparation of eRate Category 1 and Category 2 submissions and planning. – Assist in preparation and planning of Tools For Schools Funding. – Provide support and documentation of software rostering procedures. – Provide support for Access database solutions. – Assist as needed with iPad preparation, planning and implementation. – Provide support and documentation of Activity Pass database procedures. – Assist in other areas as needed throughout the year.
