(1) Vendor needs to provide victims of human trafficking housing assistance services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– This program is to provide rapid rehousing (i.e., transitional housing and supportive services that assist human trafficking victims in moving as quickly as possible into permanent housing and achieving stability).• Transitional housing, including funding for the operating expenses of a newly developed or existing transitional housing program.• Short–term housing assistance, including rental or utilities payment assistance and assistance with related expenses, such as payment of security deposits and other costs incidental to relocation to transitional housing.• Secure employment, including obtaining employment counseling, occupational training, job retention counseling, and counseling to renter the workforce; and• Integrate into a community by providing victims and dependents with services, such as transportation, counseling, childcare services, case management, and other assistance. Participation in the support services is voluntary.
