(1) Vendor needs to provide lighting installation services to the government authority located in Plainfield, CT.– Installation of new outdoor lighting:– A total of 15 light fixtures or poles shall be installed in accordance with the locationsshown on the photometric study.– Replacement of the existing electrical panel and infrastructure.– Any required upgrades to existing electrical infrastructure required to support newlighting system.– All required electrical infrastructure and ability to mount future security camerasto each proposed pole.– The bidder or contractor is to design the conduit layout and wiring plan.– A minimum conduit size of two inches is required.– Conduit and wiring are necessary for all new light fixtures/poles and conduit for afuture project must be laid.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on May 26, 2026.
