(1) Vendor needs to provide sexually violent predators inpatient substance abuse treatment beds service to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– Providing residential and inpatient substance abuse treatment services for individuals determined by their court of jurisdiction to meet the criteria as sexually violent predators (SVPs).– Determine a budget to assist in securing residential and inpatient substance abuse treatment services for an SVP individual residing in the community on as need basis.– Assist in determining or developing a treatment plan including length of stay, types of treatment provided, housing requirements and security plans for the facility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
