(1) Vendor needs to provide GPS tracking system. • GPS tracking system that would be used to monitor the location of snowmobile trail groomers so that the information can be used to reimburse the clubs that groom• Provide a consistent, efficient and accurate method of snowmobile trail maintenance data collection and analysis which can be used for grooming• Provide timely and accurate grooming status reports and statistics through an Android and iPhone compatible platforms and interactive maps• Provide precise data collection through websites, databases, apps and accurate GPS technology• Accurate grooming mileage and GPS data collection across the entire snowmobile trail system including remote areas with no cellular service• Real–time grooming reports and statistics that are available on interactive snowmobile trail maps(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 14, 2026.
