(1) Vendor needs to provide energy management plan development services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Provide an actionable strategy and roadmap to achieve our goals in increasing energy efficiency, emphasizing strategic energy management practices, establishing baseline energy use, proposing energy efficiency and energy conservation  initiatives, investigate and advise on federal/state/utility rebates and incentives, evaluate on–site power generation, evaluate battery energy storage systems, develop a roadmap to integrate the emp into an overall energy management system with a framework and tools to implement strategic energy management, emphasize continuous improvement, with a parallel goal in supporting the department’s sustainability action plan by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, developing climate resiliency through various mitigation and adaptation strategies, supporting water conservation, and encouraging sustainable infrastructure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
