The City of Maplewood ("the City") is issuing this Solicitation (RFP No. 2026-MW-014) to establish a multi-year term contract for the supply and delivery of computer paper, including standard cut-sheet copier paper, multipurpose printer paper, and related specialty paper products, on an as-needed basis. The initial term is one (1) year from the date of award, with up to four (4) one-year renewal options, subject to satisfactory performance and the availability of appropriated funds. Sealed responses must be received no later than 2:00 PM Central Time, June 30, 2026 , at the City of Maplewood Procurement Office, 1450 Civic Center Drive, Room 210, Maplewood, IL 60148. Late submissions will not be accepted. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the same location. The City reserves the right to award to a single vendor, multiple vendors by line item, or to make no award.
