(1) Vendor needs to provide recruiting services to the government authority located in Richland, WA. • Requires the services of a subcontractor with experience in recruiting candidates for hire to serve as in–house counsel for a government contractor.• Responsible for providing high quality, responsive and timely legal advice to its executives, managers, and employees in the execution contract obligations to site contractors.• Must identify and recruit prospective individuals who meet the job requirements of the open in–house counsel positions.• Strategies to ensure equal opportunity, diversity and non–discrimination in advertisement and solicitation activities;• Drafting of announcements, advertisements, posts, as needed;• Initial screening of applicants, including to qualification and reference checks; ability and willingness to relocate; and legal license status;• Recommendation of interview questions, as requested(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 28, 2026.
