The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (the “City”) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Golf Course Consultants, that specialize in evaluating golf course operations, to help determine how the city can best manage, operate and improve the city owned golf course. If an award is made it shall be made to the best overall respondent whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this document. The successful proposer will hereinafter be referred to as the "Consultant".
