(1) Vendor needs to provide medical response surge exercises and long–term care exercises plan review services to the government authority located in Stearns, MN.• Review all central region plans.• Develop a review schedule for plans to meet quarterly deliverables.• Coordinate with agency on plan review and content.• Provide draft documents for review and comment.• Develop final document for submission to coalition staff.• Provide a comprehensive planning document that encompasses all identified plans, annexes, and appendices in an electronic format.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
