Blue Outdoor is the exclusive vendor authorized to manage and sell backlit directory signage at the following mall locations: Town Center at Aurora in Aurora, CO Cumberland Mall in Vineland, NJ Greenbriar Mall in Chesapeake, VA Blue Outdoor holds the exclusive rights, granted by the property owners or managing entities, to market and sell directory advertising within these malls. As such, no other vendor is permitted to offer or provide this specific service in these locations. Engaging any other provider would not be feasible, as Blue Outdoor maintains sole access to the advertising assets and infrastructure required for backlit directory signage within these properties. This ensures compliance with existing property agreements and secures uninterrupted access to strategic advertising placement at high-traffic retail centers.
