(1) Vendor needs to provide video teleconferencing and audio–visual systems to the government authority located in Hill Air Force Base, UT.       – Provide sustainment of existing and future traditional and air force Microsoft teams (MS Teams) teams–based video teleconferencing (VTC) and audio–visual (AV) systems.– Installation of a turnkey, state–of–the–art communication solution meeting Cyber–security protocols while providing high–quality, reliable, and user–friendly audio–visual capabilities.– Installation and integration physical installation, cabling, and seamless integration of all components into the NIPR network infrastructure.– Ensure the system can seamlessly connect with standard secure VTC endpoints and bridges used by partner organizations, adhering to industry–standard protocols– Provide a user–friendly control interface (e.g., touch panels) that allows personnel to easily initiate, manage, and terminate secure conferences.– High–definition (HD) or 4K video resolution and clear, echo–free audio to ensure natural and effective communication.– Security and performance testing to ensure the system operates as required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for six years.(4) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
