Reconnecting Communities Strategic Planning RFI

The City of Pasadena (City) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit approaches from qualified firms to assist in the visioning, public engagement, and development of a new Master Plan/Specific Plan for the SR 710 Northern Stub. The City is seeking to understand respondents’ approach to a Master Plan/Specific Plan, their alignment with City values, their compatibility in partnering with a broad array of City and other public sector professionals, and their innovative and inclusive approach to public engagement. Responses to this RFI/Q will be used to develop a formal Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of the Master Plan/Specific Plan. Only those that submit an RFI will be considered to receive the RFP.
