CONS-22964 - USA (Des Plaines, Illinois) - Demolition and Restoration Services - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide demolition and restoration services to the government authority located in Des Plaines, IL.– Provide removal of concrete slabs, footings, any foundation walls, removal of all appurtenances including asphalt, brick and concrete pavement, removal of concrete apron and installation of a new curb and gutter, fences, accessory structures, debris, vehicles, and trailers within the property boundaries, backfill with crushed concrete, gradation compacted in place to existing ground level, grading for drainage and landscape restoration with topsoil and seed.– Removal shall consist of existing buildings, its contents and appurtenances, including but notlimited to; accessory structures, pool, decks, fences, asphalt, brick or concrete pavement, driveway apron, concrete floor slabs and foundation walls.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
