Pre-Bid Information, DATE: 05/29/2026, TIME: 9:00 AM EST, LOCATION: Blackstone Valley State Park Visitor’s Center - Route 295 Northbound, After Exit 19, Lincoln, RI, 02865. Will also be visiting Recreation Headquarters, Fort Adams State Park Maintenance Garage during the pre-bid.
