EXTRA-75958 - USA (Oyster Bay, New York) - Planning Consultant Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide planning consultant services to the government authority located in Oyster Bay, NY.– Prepare planning studies and make recommendations to the Department for potential zoning changes for properties in the unincorporated areas of the Town – Comprehensively review and provide comments for any proposed development and/or redevelopment of properties– Participate in technical meetings with Town representatives and/or the general public to review and discuss proposed development and/or redevelopment plans in the unincorporated areas of the Town– Provide expert testimony on behalf of this Department at hearings and other public meetings, as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
