(1) Vendor needs to provide industrial hygiene technical support service to the government authority located in College Park, GA.– Telework program may be enacted to ensure that the government's mission–critical operations stay operational during times of national emergency or incidents of national significance. telework shall be at no additional cost to the government.– Unscheduled gate closures by the security police may occur at any time causing all personnel entering or exiting a closed installation.– Develop and maintain an effective QC Plan (QCP) to ensure services.– Develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non–recurrence of defective services.– Installation access and security requirements.– Real time automated personnel identification documentation system.– Contractor employees, including subcontractor employees, requiring access to army installations, facilities, and controlled access areas shall complete awareness training level 1 training.– Communications security and information technology (COMSEC/IT) security.– Use of government information systems and access to government networks.– Threat awareness and reporting program.– Include desk space, telephones, computers, and other items necessary to maintain an office environment.– Provide professional, state–specific recommendations and expert consultation to assist state personnel in developing and enhancing.– Lead the assessment process through virtual or in–person communication, clarifying checklist questions, verifying assessment documentation, and compiling initial findings and recommendations.– Professional development and administrative support.– Communicate with video and audio call, telephone call and email during the assessment week to clarify questions in the assessment and checklists.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
