(1) Vendor needs to provide radio communications consultant system serves as an Enhanced 911 public safety answering point and regional dispatch communications center providing the critical communications link between the county's first responders, and the citizens of county to the government authority located in O’Fallon, MO. – The consultant will conduct a high–level review of the 911 Dispatch Center facilities and operations and recommend changes.– The consultant will conduct a thorough review of the radio communication system and provide recommendations to improve radio coverage in County.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on September 11, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
