(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation planning and community engagement services• Support transportation planning and community engagement services that advance the strategic mobility plan.• Provides the city’s long–range framework for managing the transportation system and guiding investments to support a safe, connected, equitable, prosperous, sustainable, and innovative transportation network.• Development and implementation of public engagement strategies.• Development of original, accessible, and audience–appropriate content for social media platforms, including the production of graphics, short–form videos, reels, captions, infographics, and public information posts• Development of engagement summaries, reports, and communication plans.• Support for communication with electeds, boards, and advisory committees.• Development and maintenance of social media strategies, monthly content calendars, and campaign plans.• Transportation system, network, and corridor planning, including multimodal corridor studies and concept development.• Project identification, screening, and development, including planning–level concept development and project evaluation.• Transportation data analysis and modeling, including travel demand analysis, GIS analysis, data management, and transportation analytics.• Research and best practice analysis to support transportation planning initiatives• Public and stakeholder engagement to support transportation planning initiatives.• Crash data analysis and safety performance evaluation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 18, 2026.
