DRA-11604 - USA (Edmond, Oklahoma) - Parks and Open Spaces Master Plan Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parks and open spaces master plan service to the government authority located in Edmond, OK. – Provide an analysis and master plan for the Parks and Open Spaces.– The Master Plan should provide direction for the next 10 years with specific project proposals and planning.– An analysis of existing relevant plans.– Provide a survey for Edmond parks users to determine user demographics, collect data on where users are from and other relevant information such as their reason for visiting the parks, why they chose the parks they frequent, and the duration of visits.– An analysis of demographics including the spatial distribution of demographics, as it relates to the use of current parks sites and potential acquisition and development of potential future park sites.– Examination of condition and useful life of sports facilities, including but not limited to baseball, basketball, etc., and opportunities for upgrades/new developments that may have regional significance.– Develop and provide a final written report of the needs Analysis and recommendations of a Master Plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
