(1) Vendor needs to provide staff training family engagement service to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. • Provide families with information about eligibility for services available to them and their children such as assistance in healthcare, nutrition, housing rights, legal counsel, early childhood access, and labor rights• Navigate resources that address lack of access to care specific to the immigrant or first–gen experience: healthcare, childcare, housing assistance, nutrition assistance, employment, and post–secondary opportunities• Train families on technology literacy competencies such as opening and maintaining an email address, completing applications, submitting documents, and searching for necessary resources• Cultivate working knowledge in context of immigration and English Learners • Understand stressors specific to immigrant and first–generation students, including: separation, migration, reunification, assimilation, adultification, xenophobia, identity conflict, language & cultural minority, mixed status families, and interrupted education• Build school infrastructure, protocols, and systems to meet the needs of and activelydismantle the barriers faced by English Learners and immigrant students and families.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
