Vendor needs to provide fuel supply and management services to the government authority located in Muskegon, MI. – Provide fuel supply and fuel management, as well as fuel system consulting services in support of the relocation and modernization of its existing fueling facility.  – Serve as a long–term partner for both fuel procurement and fuel system operations. • Design assistance and technical support:– Provide design–assist services to support the relocation and modernization of the agency’s fueling system.– Evaluation of existing underground storage tanks (USTs), including compatibility with proposed equipment, review of available inspection/testing records, and identification of regulatory compliance requirements.– Written recommendations regarding continued use, required upgrades, and anticipated remaining service life of existing tanks and associated components.– Recommendations for fuel system layout, dispenser configuration, and operational efficiency.– Specification of fuel system components, including dispensers, fuel management systems, tank monitoring systems (ATG), and associated controls.– Electrical and communications requirements for integration with agency systems.– Integration planning with the agency’s asset management system and potential telematics platforms.• Fuel supply and fuel management services: – Provide ongoing fuel supply and fuel system management services for the agency’s fleet operations.– Fuel supply.– Operations and maintenance.– Systems shall be non–proprietary or based on widely supported platforms.
