 (1) Vendor needs to provide 24/7 fire alarm monitoring, maintenance, inspection, and repairs at city facilities services to the government authority located in Doral, FL.–To all non–emergency calls with an on–site service technician within forty–eight (48) hours from notification by the CityA. 24–Hour Monitoring and Call–Center Responsibilities: – – Call–Down/Point of Contact lists for each location will be provided by the City. – Response Time: The Awarded Provider will have the resources and capability to respond and notify the City of any alarms enacted within one (1) minute of detection within their Central Reporting StationB. Hours of Work: – – After Hours: Work performed during the hours listed below will be billed as “Over–Time” work. Work cannot be performed during these time frames unless authorized in advance by the City’s representative or designee.o Monday – Friday: 5:01 PM to 6:59 AMo Saturday & Sunday: Anytime(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 18, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
