This is a Sealed Bid and is due 14 October 2026, 2:00 PM Central Time through the Bid Express website, www.bidexpress.com. Search for GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority and RFP 9036 Kerr Lid Recoating, Insulation and Rehab. No Bid will be accepted via phone, fax, voicemail, or email. You must be registered with Bid Express to view the Documents. It cost nothing to register but does cost to upload your proposal. A mandatory pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on 23 September 2026 at 10:00 AM CST at the GRDA Kerr DAM location 4221 E. 545 Road Locust Grove, OK 74352. Failure of a prospective Bidder to attend the pre-bid meeting will disqualify them from being able to submit a bid. All statements made by GRDA at the job site examination meeting are informational only, and the terms of the final Contract (if any) between GRDA and the prevailing Bidder will control.
