(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based contract management system.– Provide a comprehensive, state of the art, health care focused contract life–cycle management system (“CLM”).– Provide all software, configuration, implementation, project management, training, and support necessary to provide, install, implement, support, and maintain a fully operational CLM.– Native or seamlessly integrated Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) tools designed to streamline the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting through negotiation and final execution.– Create a comprehensive, fully, and easily searchable electronic database of all park contracts and vendors.– Provide transparency for agency internal clients as their contracts move through the contracting process by allowing CLM access and electronic notification for status updating.– Improve agency control over all aspects of the contract life–cycle i.e., submission, intake, reviewer assignment, review or drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, amendment, assignment, renewal, and expiration or termination.– Key performance indicator tracking.– Data migration and integration– Training for legal staff and system administrators.– Permit users to easily perform data analyses and run reports.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
