(1) Vendor needs to provide student and graduation photography services. – Provide individual student portrait packages and senior graduation portrait packages for the 2026– 2027 school year.– Provide professional student and graduation photography services for all schools within the agency.• Service requirements:– Individual student portraits (K–12).– Staff and faculty portraits.– Senior yearbook portraits.– Cap–and–gown portraits.– Senior portrait package options.– Fall photography sessions.– Spring photography sessions.– Retake photography sessions.– New student photography.– Digital image delivery.– Online ordering platform.– Customer service support.• Digital image delivery:– Yearbook–ready digital image files.– Student identification data matched to images.– Electronic delivery compatible with yearbook software.– Administrative access for designated agency personnel.– Secure image storage and transfer procedures.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
