Description
The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of the two roofs on the Facilities Management Building, 274 E 10th St, with an insulated TPO roof, including insulation and coverboard to meet 2018 IBC, gutters, downspouts, flashing and trim, penetration boots, and all other work and materials necessary for complete replacement of the roofing system, including a 20 year NDL warranty. Underlying repairs of the roof deck to be performed as necessary and directed.
