EDUCATION-17910 - USA (Honolulu, Hawaii) - Maternal and Child Health Training Coordination Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide maternal and child health training coordination services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.– Demonstrate experience planning and implementing in–person, virtual, or hybrid training, workshops, meetings, or professional development events.– Demonstrate experience working collaboratively with community organizations, healthcare providers, cultural practitioners, government agencies, or other partners serving children and families,– Develop and distribute event notices, registration information, agendas, and participant communications using methods approved by the Contract Manager.– Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, sign–in documentation, and basic participant communications before and during each training event.– Collect basic participation and event information, including event date, location or platform, format, training topic, attendance, organizations represented, trainers or speakers, and participant feedback.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for one year.
