LEGAL-17547 - USA (Colorado) - Civil Asset Forfeiture Fund Contractor Service - Deadline September 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide civil asset forfeiture fund contractor service to the government authority located in Colorado.– Identify, manage, provide, appoint, and pay qualified attorneys to represent and serve as defense counsel for indigent defendants in civil asset forfeiture proceedings.– Contractor shall select qualified attorneys for appointment in forfeiture proceedings.– Criteria. Contractor shall make an indigency determination and appoint counsel to represent defendants that meet the indigency criteria.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
