(1) Vendor needs to provide water quality consulting services to the government authority located in West Greenwich, RI.• To provide professional consulting services related to the operation, monitoring, assessment, protection, and regulatory compliance of its community groundwater supply system.• Ensure protection of groundwater sources.• Evaluate existing and emerging contaminants.• Provide technical expertise for operational improvements.• Assist with planning, permitting, and capital improvement projects.• Support long–term sustainability of the public water supply.• Regulatory Compliance Assistance• Water Quality Monitoring Program• Groundwater Supply Well Assessment• Source Water Protection• Engineering and Capital Planning Support• Emergency and Special Projects Support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for One year.
