(1) Vendor needs to provide board attorney service to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ. – Provide serve as legal counsel to the board of commissioners of the housing authority of the city.– Serve as legal counsel to the board of commissioners on matters relating to board governance, fiduciary responsibilities, statutory authority, ethics, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.– Advise the board regarding compliance.– Prepare, review, or provide legal review of board resolutions, governance policies, bylaws, committee charters, procedural rules, and other governance–related documents as requested by the board.– Review board meeting agendas and supporting documentation for legal sufficiency and advise the board regarding matters requiring legal consideration.– Provide legal guidance to the board regarding adoption, amendment, and interpretation of board policies and governance procedures.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
