(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment service to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL. – Provide executive search firms and, subsequently, to evaluate candidates.– Executive search firm to lead the CEO recruitment.– Development of a candidate outreach and sourcing strategy targeting transit, transportation, and relevant public–authority executives nationally.– Facilitation of position–profile validation with HR leadership, and preparation of recruitment marketing materials.– Candidate screening, reference checks, and presentation of a qualified slate to the Board within an agreed timeline, given the incumbent's departure on October 21, 2026.– Support for interview logistics, compensation benchmarking, and offer negotiation.– Transition or onboarding recommendation for the incoming CEO, coordinated with executive leadership team.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
