(1) Vendor needs to provide naval aviation logistics command management information system virtual environment system administration support service to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.• Monitor, manage and perform daily, weekly, monthly and yearly NTCSS Backups via the Veeam backup and replication program and conduct daily backups of the servers and weekly Veeam backups and full system backups of all VM Servers• Accounts/Privileges and Audit Files. contractor will perform monthly reviews of Accounts and Privileges, and reviews of Audit Files. • Monitor Inter–system Connectivity and Interfaces. contractor shall monitor inter–system connectivity, interfaces and system/database logs• Customer Support.
