INSU-6492 - USA (Lexington, Kentucky) - Insurance Brokerage and Consultation Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage and consultation services to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.• Evaluate existing insurance contracts and claims history and make recommendations concerning any changes, modifications and/or additions in the terms, conditions and coverage limits needed to yield a comprehensive risk management program to protect the long–term interests and financial stability • Provide service for day–to–day contact on insurance matters. • Provide evaluation, training and education related to loss control, safety, claims management, and related topics in the area of risk management. • Prepare an annual stewardship report, including a schedule of policies in force, coverage provisions, premiums, and insurance claims experience for the prior policy year and recommendations for possible adjustments to insurance coverage for the next policy year. • Provide assistance in the form of advisory services or written reports as is customarily expected from a professional insurance broker. • Provide as required assistance with forecasting and budgeting for annual insurance / risk management related expenditures.
