DES-2707 - USA (Waukee, Iowa) - Document Destruction Services - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide document destruction services to the government authority located in Waukee, IA. – Services shall include the secure collection, transportation, destruction, recycling, disposal, documentation, and reporting associated with confidential and non–confidential records.– Services may be performed either on–site using mobile shredding equipment or off–site at a secure destruction facility, as directed.– Ensure all destroyed materials are rendered unreadable, unrecoverable, and incapable of reconstruction.– Provide secure collection containers in various sizes, including to 32–gallon, 64–gallon, and 96–gallon locked containers.– Shredding and destruction methods.– Scheduling and pickup services.– Security and chain of custody.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
