(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet maintenance services to the government authority located in Pueblo, NM. – Provide scheduled preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and related fleet services on an as–needed basis.– Maintains a fleet of vehicles used to support its daily operations and housing programs.– Provide a documented multi–point inspection at routine maintenance appointments, including fluids, tires, brakes, lighting, wipers, belts, hoses, battery, leaks, and safety concerns.– Routine maintenance by vehicle class and service type. identify items included, parts and fluids, service intervals, and exclusions.– Available on–site service, roadside response, towing capability or arrangements, geographic coverage, hours, and response times.– Provide diagnostics and itemized written estimates identifying labor hours or rates, parts, fees, anticipated completion date, and warranty.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
