(1) Vendor needs to provide social media and customer feedback dashboard services.– Solution will aggregate, analyze, and visualize customer sentiment and engagement data from multiple social and non–social media platforms to enhance insights, identify service trends, and drive operational improvements that support.– Develop a cloud–based dashboard capable of real–time and historical data aggregation and visualization.– Integrate social media and online sources to capture and analyze customer sentiment and engagement related.– Provide data–driven insights to identify opportunities for business improvement and revenue growth.– Data collection:– Social media platforms: –Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads.– Web or review or search platforms: –Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Expedia, Medium, and online travel forums.– Data processing and analysis:– Apply keyword filtering and contextual relevance for accurate interpretation of customer sentiment.– Integration with microsoft power BI:– Provide secure API integration with Microsoft Power BI for live and scheduled data refreshes.– Reporting and insights:– Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sentiment and engagement reports.– Cloud infrastructure and security:– Cloud–hosted SaaS solution on Azure (preferred).– Provide role–based authentication, multi–factor access, and encryption for data at rest and in transit.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
