(1) Vendor needs to provide reinsurance brokerage services for the liability program and the workers' compensation program through the broker market to the government authority located in Kentucky.– Market and place liability cyber, and workers' compensation reinsurance for agency with reinsurance markets worldwide– Maintain strong relationships with agency reinsurers and coordinate meetings with domestic and international underwriters as needed.– Help agency complete applications and collect and tabulate underwriting data for market submissions, including workers' compensation payroll, classification, and loss data.– Review reinsurance invoices, use best efforts to resolve errors or discrepancies, and provide ongoing reconciliation statements of premiums owed and due.– Provide recommendations on reinsurance structure, placements, limits, and retentions for the liability and workers' compensation programs.(2) All question had been due on November 2, 2026.
