FIRE-1915 - USA (Sacramento, California) - Fire Alarm Monitoring, Testing and Repair Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide alarm monitoring, testing and repair services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – Provide central station service fire alarm monitoring as described herein. – The Contractor shall provide and install equipment and/or programming required to monitor the fire alarm system through the DACT dialer via communication with the central station.– Testing, inspection, and maintenance of the fire alarm and fire suppression equipment and system components along with all related piping.– Smoke Detectors.– Duct Detectors.– Fire Smoke Damper.– Manual Pull Stations.– Remote Annunciators.– Notification Alarm Circuit/Signal Alarm Circuit.– Fire Alarm Control Panels.– Fire Sprinkler Outside Stem FS & Yoke Valve Stem Tamper Switches OS&Y(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.
