(1) Vendor needs to provide site assessment services to the government authority located in NC. – Critical load and site identification and prioritization:– Prioritize candidate loads based on criticality of need or benefit. – Geographical and visual maps generated for candidate sites.– Baseline field assessment and screening:– Existing power supply, generation capacity, load profiles – Site accessibility and logistics for deployment – Technical energy resource assessment:– Assess and determine which solution package best fits final deployment site.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
