Vendor needs to provide live streaming services of public meetings.– Provide live streaming of agency public meetings, board management software (if available), and related technical and support services.– Meeting and/or event scheduling to facilitate the setup of live webcasts– Live webcasting of all agency public meetings on agency website or linked website, adaptive to various screen sizes and devices, including desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones– Recording and archiving meetings in industry–standard format within 12 hours of post meeting, available for viewing and download– Provide video file with closed captioning no later than 5 business days after requested by agency in email.– AI–generated meeting summaries / searchable transcripts– Live closed captioning
