Vendor needs to provide website and application accessibility audit solution.• The unit manages a range of websites which in the main relate to government activity, independent statutory bodies and EU LIFE projects.• The website governance section of agency would like to acquire an accessibility audit platform which will scan and check a complete website including forms, images, PDFs, etc and produce a detailed report with respect to the levels of compliance across accessibility standards.• This software would be utilized across the full portfolio of websites on a regular basis.• The solution must be “off–the–shelf“, cloud–based, utilising up to date technology, will require minimum configuration and be operational within an approximate 2–week window from signing of contracts.• The platform must be browser–based and be accessible by all users using standard internet access methods and the following main browsers: Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox.• The platform must be responsive by design and provide optimal viewing experience and usability across multiple device types, including desktop, smart phone and tablet computers.• Ability to scan and check a websites various language pages generally English and Irish.• Scan videos to ensure close captioning is present.
