(1) Vendor needs to provide social media archiving services. – Provide records archiving and retrieval as well as annual record reporting of the agency and/or brand associated social media accounts. • Social media capture:1. Archive content from: Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X (Formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, The Knot and Additional platforms as available2. Capture: Post, comments, replies, images, videos, stories, reactions, direct metadata, deleted posts, edited posts and tags.• Search and retrieval:– Full–text search– Advance filtering– Date filtering– PDF export– CSV export– Keyword Search– Export functionality• Records management:– Configurable retention schedules– Legal holds– Audit Logs– Immutable records– Chain of custody– Role–based permissions• Security:– Encrypt data in transit and at rest– Support multifactor authentication– Provide role–based security– Maintain audit logging– Meet recognized security standards– Describe disaster recovery procedures• Maintenance and support:– Support available within standard business hours, Monday –Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM– Notification of any scheduled maintenance must be provided to agency at least one week prior to any maintenance that will cause service to go offline.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
