(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation, processing, and marketing services of non–hazardous used motor oil, oil filters, and antifreeze to the government authority located in Portland, OR.• Empty motor oil tanks.• Provide collection containers for used motor oil filters.• Remove full barrels of oil filters and promptly replace them with empty barrels to help maintain a clean and accessible public disposal area.• Transport and process collected non–hazardous used motor oil, oil filters, and antifreeze.(2) The contract period will be for four years.
