INSU-6638 - USA (Texas) - Insurance Broker Services - Deadline November 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker services to the government authority located in Texas.– Insurance brokers to provide insurance brokerage and risk management consulting services, including insurance placement, risk exposure analysis, claims assistance, and ongoing advisory services for the Port’s insurance and risk management programs.– Develop requirements for insurance coverage, including assisting in completing all applications and documents and gathering data that insurance companies may request.– Insurance programs and options, including, but not limited to, limits, detailed scope of work coverages, retention levels, terms and conditions, payment options, pricing, and insurer quality.– Assisting in soliciting and procuring insurance and risk management–related services such as catastrophe studies, property appraisal services, and risk management information systems.– Assisting in negations and clarifications of policy language.– Monitoring property and casualty claims and, where appropriate, assisting in negotiating claims settlements.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 26, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 1, 2026.
