(1) Vendor needs to provide smoke testing program service to the government authority located in Montgomery, OH. – Provide professional consulting services for smoke testing program. • Project management and administration.• System evaluation and communication plan development:– Prepare an itemized list of data required to develop the smoke testing program for the subdistrict.– Prepare a communication plan for public notification and agency coordination during smoke testing.• Bid package development and bidding services: Develop a complete, bid–ready package for the procurement of a qualified contractor to perform smoke testing within the project area.– Provide bidding services• Field oversight and quality assurance:– Provide on–site representation during smoke testing– Daily reporting– Property inspections and verification of test results– Issue identification and compliance monitoring• Prepare technical report:– Prepare technical report– Prepare inspection database– Provide GIS data files(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
