(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document, records scanning, indexing and conversion services. • Provide high–quality scanning, digitizing and indexing services for the district’s paper documents which shall include to: student’s records, HR records, accounting records, and other various documents• Able to perform the preparation, scanning, and indexing of records and documents submitted by agency personnel for conversion into a digital format (PDF preferred).• All converted digital files must be stored and indexed on an Integrated Electronic Data Management Systems (IEDMS) either locally or cloud hosted.• Electronic format of documents shall be at a resolution that is clearly legible and supports full text search. • Optical character recognition (OCR) software should be applied against electronic formats supporting full text search.• Scanned documents shall be organized and made searchable by various criteria.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 15, 2026.
