Greenville County, SC, seeks qualified vendors to provide a turnkey Inmate Telephone System (ITS) and communication services for its Detention Center, serving approximately 1,600 inmates across multiple facilities. The vendor must provide, install, operate, and maintain a secure, reliable, and accountable system compliant with all federal, state, local, and applicable FCC requirements while offering the lowest reasonable communication costs to inmates and families.
