The County of Wayne is seeking bids for the purchase of Miscellaneous Guiderail items. It is the intent of the County to contract with the (a) vendor(s) and to establish unit prices for these items for the stated contract term. This section describes the minimum material and quality requirements for highway barrier systems and component parts in accordance with the specifications, standard sheets, manufacturer’s drawings, manufacturer’s directions and contract documents for the use in construction and maintenance of bridges and highways.
