CONS-23013 - USA (Bellevue, Washington) - Pavement Preservation Engineering Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call pavement preservation engineering services to the government authority located in Bellevue, WA. – Provide on–call services for civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and survey/geomatics. • Tasks:– Develop basemaps and/or perform topographic survey for upcoming paving projects including data collection for existing curb ramps.– Develop partial or complete plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) packages for the agency's annual overlay and pavement sealing contracts.– Prepare design deviations, exceptions, and maximum extent feasible documents.– Assist with the development of new pavement manual publication that summarizes agency's practices, standards, and guidelines related to pavement management and construction.– Perform pavement coring and other geotechnical investigations, testing, and analysis related to assessing pavement and pavement distresses.– Prepare draft and final technical memos or reports related to storm drainage, geotechnical investigations, ADA for the pavement programs and its projects.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
